Pole Fitness is a strength-based, full-body workout that challenges your muscles, builds confidence and improves flexibility. It combines core and upper-body strength, while improving balance and coordination, through spins, climbs, holds, and fluid transitions. No experience needed, you’ll progress at your own pace, as you unlock new skills while sculpting your body and elevating your fitness journey.
Feels more like a dance party! High-energy, dance-based work-out with easy-to-follow choreography, perfect for all fitness levels. Zumba provides an excellent cardiovascular workout. You’ll burn calories, increase stamina, improve coordination, and leave every class smiling. Dance. Sweat. Smile. Repeat.
