FAQs

  • Pole Fitness combines strength training, flexibility, and dance using a vertical pole. It’s a fun, empowering full-body workout designed for all levels — no prior experience needed!

  • Absolutely! We offer Intro to Pole/Beginner Pole classes designed specifically for first-timers. No strength, flexibility, or dance background required — just come ready to have fun and try something new!

  • Please avoid using lotions or oils on the day of your class, as they make it difficult to grip the pole and can be unsafe. Dry skin = strong grip!

  • • Heels are optional and only required in certain classes (like Exotic Pole or Heels).

    • For most classes, we require workout attire — specifically, shorts are recommended to ensure proper skin contact with the pole for grip.

    • Feel free to dress comfortably and confidently!

  • • All sales are final — every booking reserves a permanent spot that is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled, regardless of reason.

    • If you are part of one of our monthly memberships and book a specific class time but do not attend, a $15 no-show fee will be charged to your account.

    • Please double-check your schedule before booking, as we are unable to accommodate late cancellations, no-shows, or changes.

  • We sanitize all poles, crash mats, and equipment before and after each class. Students are also encouraged to wipe down their pole and mat after use. Your safety and cleanliness are our top priorities!
