  • Absolutely! We offer Beginners: (Intro to Pole) classes designed specifically for first-timers. No strength, flexibility, or dance background required, just come ready to have fun and try something new! Our Zumba, Yoga, Twerk and Chair Dancing classes are all beginner-friendly as well.

  • Classes can be booked by creating an account. You can find the schedule on our homepage or by clicking on the 'Classes' tab on the top left corner.

  • Yes. Your membership auto-renews each month on the anniversary date. However, you can cancel, pause or change your membership at any time.

  • Work-out attire is suggested, specifically shorts for proper grip. Avoid leggings for pole.

    Bring a Yoga mat (studio provides a limited amount), and water to stay hydrated.

    Avoid applying lotion, body butters/oils before class. These can affect your grip on the pole.

    Remove all jewelry (earrings are ok). Jewelry can be a safety hazard.

  • Heels are optional. They are not required for Beginner levels; however, they can enhance your overall performance in classes such as Exotic Pole, Chair Dancing, and more advanced sessions. Heels can also be used in Open Pole classes.

  • A $15 no-show fee may be charged to your account if you do not attend your scheduled class. All sales are final.

    A late-cancel fee may be charged to your account if a class is not canceled at least 4 hours prior to the start time.

  • Your safety is our top priority. If you have any pre-existing injuries, chronic conditions, or are pregnant, we strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor before participating in pole fitness or any high-intensity class.

    Listening to your body and prioritizing your well-being is always encouraged.

  • Yes! For the safety of our students and instructors, our poles have a maximum weight limit of 400 lbs.

  • Yes. There’s parking in the front and back of the building. If you park in the back, you can come in through the back door.
