Each class focuses on proper technique, conditioning, and progression in a safe, encouraging environment. No experience needed , just a willingness try something new and empowering.
Chair Dancing
Flirty, fun and full of confidence. Chair dancing blends choreography, floor-work, and poses using a chair as your prop. Strengthen your core, tone your legs, and unleash your inner performer. No experience needed, just bring your sass (and heels, if you dare)!
Private Parties
Ready to celebrate with something unforgettable? Our private parties are the perfect way to let loose, laugh, and try something new. Perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, girls’ night out, company outings, newly single, or just because! Our private parties include a 1-hour guided group class, followed by 30 minutes of bonus studio time to dance, take pictures, and celebrate with your group. Up to 16 students allowed. Private parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Please contact us directly to book.
