Welcome to Serrano Fitness Studio. By accessing our website, creating an account, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Serrano Fitness Studio provides fitness classes, workshops, private lessons, memberships, events, retail products, and other wellness services. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
2. Eligibility
Participants must meet the age requirements established by Serrano Fitness Studio.
Participants under the age of 18 may only participate with the required parent or legal guardian consent and in accordance with the studio’s Minor Participation Policy.
By creating an account or making a purchase, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Bookings
Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking availability may close before the scheduled class start time.
Walk-ins may be accepted when space is available but are not guaranteed.
Serrano Fitness Studio reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or modify class schedules at any time.
5. Memberships and Class Packages
Memberships automatically renew each month on the anniversary of the original purchase unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before your renewal date.
Unused classes, memberships, and packages are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Serrano Fitness Studio.
Pricing and membership benefits are subject to change. Existing members will be notified of material changes before renewal when required.
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
By providing payment information, you authorize Serrano Fitness Studio to charge the applicable fees for classes, memberships, retail purchases, private sessions, events, and any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Classes canceled at least four (4) hours before the scheduled class time may be rescheduled according to the applicable membership or package.
Late cancellations are subject to a $10 fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled class without canceling will result in a $15 no-show fee.
If Serrano Fitness Studio cancels a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, the class credit will be returned to your account.
8. Late Arrival
For safety reasons, participants arriving more than ten (10) minutes after class begins may not be permitted to participate.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes due to late arrival.
Participants who arrive after class begins must complete an instructor-approved warm-up before joining class.
9. Studio Policies
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, participants agree to follow all posted studio rules and instructor directions.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Removing jewelry before class.
• Wearing appropriate attire.
• Not entering the studio in wet clothing or swimwear.
• Not attending class while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Respecting studio equipment, instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
Failure to follow studio policies may result in removal from class without refund and may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
10. Waiver Requirement
Participation in fitness classes, private lessons, workshops, or events requires a completed Liability Waiver.
Failure to complete the required waiver before participating may result in denied entry without refund.
11. Personal Property
Serrano Fitness Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
12. Photography & Media
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken inside the studio for promotional purposes.
Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify their instructor before class begins.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, graphics, videos, photographs, class descriptions, text, and other materials, is the property of Serrano Fitness Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
14. Website Use
You agree not to:
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with website security.
• Upload malicious software.
• Copy or misuse website content.
• Use the website in a way that interferes with other users.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serrano Fitness Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or the purchase of services.
Participation in studio activities remains subject to the separate Liability Waiver signed by each participant.
16. Changes to These Terms
Serrano Fitness Studio may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.
